Baja California Weather Outlook - Tropical Depression 12E

   Weather  in Baja California

Surface Chart / Satellite IR

11AM MDT 09/18/07  Baja will enjoy another late summer day of clear skies, warm temps and perhaps a little drier. Down south we now have Tropical Depression 12E (magenta arrow) The system is expected to become a tropical storm tomorrow as it heads NW. we will have to keep an eye on this one as it is expected to button-hook and head back toward Baja on Saturday as a Depression. This is early in this storms genesis, so it's hard to forecast too far in advance. Another system (yellow arrow) is causing a broad band of thunderstorms but is not expected to develop further.
