| 03PM MDT 09/03/07 Tropical Storm Henriette (red arrow) has slowed again this afternoon as it moves toward Baja Sur. Hurricane Warnings and watches are in effect for parts of Baja California Sur. Landfall is currently forecast to occur between Todos Santos and Magdalena Bay late Tuesday. The storm is then forecast to traverse Baja Sur and enter the Sea of Cortez south of Loreto. This will put the most powerful NE quadrant over Cabo San Lucas north to the point of landfall with effects being felt late Monday.
