Destruction of Punta Colnet is Impending
It appears things are about to go forward with a enviornmentally disasterous plan to develop Punta Colnet into a high traffic commercial port. The Chinese and Korean interest pursuing the plan are pushing forward circumventing the laws of foriegn ownership of coastal property that affects thousands of North American real estate buyers. The laws were created in Mexico at the encouragement of the United States to originnaly prevent exactly what is happening now, a foreign toe hold, in this case the Chinese, on our continent.
