09AM MDT 07/19/07 Another clear sunny day with temperatures slightly below seasonal today. A few high thin clouds will drift across Baja Sur from the mainland. Yesterday's High in the Pacific did dissipate and the High drying out the basin now (blue arrow) is located about 1800 miles west of California. There are two tropical waves on our map (orange arrows) the more eastern of the two supporting a pair of tropical Lows (magenta arrow) The Lows are expected to merge and move back over warmer water tomorrow. The NHC is not anticipating any significant development of these Lows. |
