Baja California Weather Outlook

   Baja California Weather Outlook

Surface Chart / Satellite IR

08AM MST 04/27/07 The Pacific High off our map to the west (blue arrow) will continue to dominate our late spring weather pattern throughout Baja today. The pressure difference between the stationary 1027Mb High and a pair of 1011Mb Lows (red arrow) in the So Cal Bight are generating winds to 40kts off the California coast and to 25kts as far south as Mag. Bay on the pacific side of Baja. The Pineapple Express still lingers over parts of central and southern Baja today. Afternoon clearing should bring temps to seasonal by afternoon. Winds are expected to be from the N in the day and from the SW in the evening throughout the Sea. The southern Sea may experience heavy Corumuel Winds after sunset for the next few days..
