2006 Hurricane has begun in the Eastern pacific
May 15th marks the beginning of the Eastern Pacific Hurricane Season. Let's look at the factors that may influence storm formations in the next week, then we will look at what the experts give for an extended season forecast and what factors may affect the outcome.
Every week this article will analyze those strategic factors that lead to the formation of tropical cyclones in the Eastern Pacific.
